(The A1 rating means that the control centre is constantly manned 24/7 by multiple operators and is the only grading that can ensure a Police response to an alarm condition. Staff personal breaks won’t delay your response.)

Familiarity between staff of the Monitoring station, Shomrim Automation and Shomrim Guard Services ensures that each party understands their role and ‘speaks the same language’. Each party understands the appropriate communication channels, thus leaving minimal opportunity for information to be lost in translation – as can be the case when using separate contractors.
