With Shomrim Access Control you can add an important touch of security to your organisation. You receive your own unique encrypted cards ensuring your cards cannot be replicated. With a range of card memory sizes and configurations on offer we customise the cards to suit your organisation. Our card memory allows biometric and card data to be stored on the card enabling a seamless operation should your server oriented database connection be interrupted.
Time and Attendance
Shomrim cards combined with Shomrim hardware allow integration with any third party time and attendance program or access control system. Track your time on and offsite via our in/out readers strategically located around your grounds. Great for student, staff and visitor tracking. Used in conjunction with access control, full card auditing can be performed to trace movements on your grounds. Our card memory allows biometric and card data to be stored on the card enabling a seamless operation should your server oriented database connection be interrupted.
Food and Drink
Recharge your Shomrim card online or via a local recharge machine and enjoy the freedom of using 1 card for all your purchases. Whether you purchase via vending machine or at the canteen, the Shomrim card and hardware/software combination can help make purchase decisions for the holder based on the contents of the product. For example, your card can be programmed to reject attempted transactions for products containing nuts should you be prone to allergies.
Media and Resource Management
With the Shomrim CheckIn-CheckOut module, use your integrated Shomrim card to borrow books from the library, lend and track media or rent shared assets and equipment. If you can borrow it, we can check it. Simply apply our Shomrim RFID stickers or tabs in your media, and swipe your personal Shomrim card.
Evacuation
Using our software and mobile hand readers with your Shomrim card you have the power of an automated head counter for assembly areas. Add to this mobile controls of your EWIS system and you have full control of scheduled emergency warning and evacuation drills.
No time to boot up PC’s or risk the range of your wireless network? Database unreachable? Use the stored data on the card and create an instant log of staff and students at your assembly area.
Sports
The Shomrim sports module can be used to track information at sports carnivals, local competitions or track meets etc. Participant information can be accessed with a single swipe to log registration or be used in conjunction with our Medical module to ascertain emergency information vital for prompt treatment. With card credentials in a variety of formats such as waterproof watches, we have something for every event.
Medical
The Shomrim Medical module is our medical information management and historical data reporting tool that is used to quickly ascertain emergency information that is vital for prompt treatment of staff, students & patrons. Available in database or standalone form, the module is ideal for camps, sports meets, emergency evacuation or any other situation that requires instant data from the card itself.
Databasing
Shomrim Databasing enables authorised users to quickly access Human Resource and other databases via a secure card authentication login. Shomrim readers can be portable and connected via USB or integrated inside the PC.
Print Release
Shomrim Print release integrates card / department credits to be used with print release functions. This module enables users to release previously sent print data or facsimiles by swiping their card. The correct transaction amount is then directly debitted against the appropriate cost centre or card credits.
Transport
The Shomrim Transport module interfaces tracking of transport related activities to be recorded and reported. For example, schools adopt this module to track student boarding and disembarking locations when integrated with the GPS tracking system of the bus.
Refuelling
Do you have a fleet of cars that require constant refuelling? Do you want to increase the security parameters entitled to the refueller? The Shomrim refuelling module allows you to maintain control over fuel transactions to ensure that only authorised vehicles in your fleet are being refuelled.
